It appears that the kitten has been used in some sort of neurological (brain) testing, which are experiments widely conducted on cats in the animal testing industry.
Beagle dogs are used in toxicology testing because of their gentle nature and ease in handling.

WinterHaven; actually I’m an animist/buddhist. There are times I also think that most humans are essentially rotten and cruel but luckily there are people who do care. I believe we must try to speak up for these poor animals and educate the ignorant people.

They injected the skulls with water to create hydrocephalus believing it will discover something. That’s right the brains are swollen with water because someone injected water inside of their skulls.

But I refer specifically to the extraordinary evil, abiding in those who would willingly put animals through unbelievable horrors in order to make a buck. They have no conception of the sacredness of life.
